This class presents a brief survey of insect taxonomy, starting with Carl Linnaeus, "The Father of Modern Taxonomy", a general description of the characteristics of insects, including life-cycle descriptions, followed by examples of the insects orders that are important to the pest control industry including GHP and wood-destroying organism concerns.
